Estates
Streamside estates is a family community nestled on over 66
acres of beautiful wooded land; with a one acre pond and over
2000 feet of frontage on the bucolic Mombaccus Creek. Originally
constructed by the Tesslers over 30 years ago, it was revamped
by the new owner, Streamside Estates, commencing 5/31/2002.
All home sites are approximately 10,00 square feet, and all
new homes will have house type siding and shingled roofs. Both
single and multi section homes are available.
